Shipping Policy

You will agree to the terms and conditions below by placing an order on our website. These are provided to assure that both parties should know and agree upon the given terms and that the customers set expectations for our services according to this agreement.

General

We try our best to maintain the exact stock counts on our website, but with the passage of time, variations occur in the stock, so we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. But we ensure you fulfill all the products that are given on our website. If we have not succeeded, we contact you about whether you would prefer to wait for the demanding product or prefer us to choose a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are fixed for every product which varies depending on your destination. The payment for the shipping will be collected at the time of purchase. This price will be final for each customer, and no changes will occur to the shipment cost.

Delivery Time

Our custom kilts are made to order and typically take 2–3 weeks to craft. Standard delivery requires an additional 3–4 days, so most orders are delivered within 3–4 weeks.

If you need your kilt sooner, we offer a Rush Order option. Rush Orders are prioritized and usually dispatched within 3–4 working days, with delivery expected within 8–10 working days from the order date.

Please note: while we strive to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control—such as fabric availability, supply chain issues, or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and minimize any disruption.

Change of Delivery Address

To request a change of the delivery address, we can make changes to the delivery address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel that is damaged during transit, if it happens, then please deny the parcel from the courier and contact our customer services. If the parcel has been dispatched without you being present, contact our customer services for the next step.

Duties Taxes

All the import taxes and duties for international shipments will be paid before the shipment by us. Upon arrival in the destination country, the customer will get a product without any additional fee

Note:

For some European countries, additional taxes and duties may be charged at arrival in that particular country. So, in this case, the company will not be responsible for these charges, and the customer will pay these additional taxes and duties.

Remote Area Surcharge

Remote Area Surcharge will be implemented in those areas that are far away and inaccessible. So, in this case, you might be asked to pay some extra charges for the delivery if your receiving address lies in a remote area.

Cancellations

If you change your mind and want to cancel the order before receiving it, we accept your cancellation request at any time before we have dispatched the order. If the order has already been delivered, then please get in touch with our refund policy.
