Shipping Costs
Pricing
Shipping costs are calculated per item and vary depending on the destination country. The full shipping charge is collected at checkout alongside your order total.
Shipping fees are fixed per item and displayed clearly at checkout before payment.
Costs vary by destination — international orders may carry a higher shipping rate.
Payment of shipping is final once the order is placed and dispatched.
Free shipping promotions, where available, will be applied automatically at checkout.
All shipping charges are shown transparently during checkout. No hidden fees are added after your order is confirmed.

Because every item we make is crafted to your specifications, please allow time for both production and delivery. Here is what to expect:

Standard Order
Your kilt or outfit is hand-crafted to your measurements. Production takes 2–3 weeks, followed by standard courier delivery of 3–4 days.
Arrives in 3–4 Weeks

Rush Order
Need it sooner? Rush orders are prioritised in our workshop and dispatched within 3–4 working days. Delivery follows within 8–10 working days from order date.
Arrives in 8–10 Working Days
Please note: Occasional delays may occur due to supply chain disruptions, extreme weather, or courier issues. We will always keep you informed and work to minimise any impact on your order.
Change of Delivery Address
Before Dispatch
We understand that plans change. You are welcome to update your delivery address at any time before your order has been dispatched.
Our team will update your order and confirm the new address with you before dispatch.
After dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it. Please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
Important
We take great care in packaging every order securely. In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:
If you are present at delivery — refuse the parcel from the courier and contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.
If the parcel was left without your presence — do not dispose of the packaging. Photograph the damage clearly and contact our support team for guidance on next steps.
We will assist you in filing a damage claim with the courier and work to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
Always photograph damaged packaging before opening or discarding it. This evidence is required for any courier damage claim.
Import Duties & Taxes
International
For international orders, import duties and taxes are pre-paid as part of your order where possible, so your parcel clears customs without delays or unexpected charges.
Import duties are pre-paid on most international shipments at the time of checkout.
Some European countries may impose additional local duties or VAT charges upon arrival — these are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking your country's current import regulations before placing an order if you are unsure.
If you have any questions about duties applicable to your country, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to advise you.
Remote Area Surcharge
Additional Fee
Deliveries to remote, rural, or less accessible locations may incur an additional surcharge on top of the standard shipping rate. This is applied by the courier to cover the extra cost of reaching these areas.
Remote area surcharges are determined by the courier based on your delivery postcode or region.
Where applicable, this charge will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Examples of affected areas include certain Scottish islands, rural highlands, and other hard-to-reach destinations.
If you are unsure whether a surcharge applies to your location, please contact us before ordering and we will check on your behalf.
Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Because our items are made to order, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible if you wish to cancel.
Cancellations must be requested before the order enters dispatch — once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for available options.
We aim to process all cancellation requests within 1 business day. You will receive written confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.
